All PRCA hiring decisions are subject to the results of a fingerprinting process (based on state and/or federal law and/or school policy). PRCA may also conduct a background check of an applicant for hire. All prospective employees of PRCA must complete the Department of Homeland Security Form I-9 prior to employment. This form is required by law in order to document that each new employee (both citizens and non-citizens) is authorized to work in the United States.
