The faculty and staff at our campuses enjoy working together to fulfill our mission. We seek professionally qualified applicants who have a strong work ethic and love young people and Jesus Christ. Applicants should be passionate about leading students to their highest potential. As a Christian school, we require our teachers and staff members to be born-again believers and actively involved in a Bible-believing church. 

Available positions for each campus are listed below, and within each, you will find a link to the full position description and application. Additionally, please review the following expectations for employment:
  • To be considered for employment, candidates must believe in and adhere to PRCA's Statement of Faith and Statement of Christian Principles
  • For each position, three references are requested – professional, spiritual, and personal. Please ask these individuals to complete the form below that corresponds to the location of the position you are applying for.
  • For all teaching positions, candidates will be required to submit official transcripts for all degrees (earned or in progress) at the time of application. Teacher candidate applications will not be considered complete until transcripts are received. Use the correct transcript contact when requesting it from your educational institution.

Teaching Positions


For the 2026-2027 school year:

5th Grade Teacher - South Campus*
We are seeking a 5th grade teacher for our expanding campus. The specific focus is to encourage the use of the English language in a classical Dual Language Immersion school. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Middle School Math Teacher - Upper Campus*
This position is full-time, teaching five periods of Course 1 & 2 mathematics. Middle school teaching experience is preferred. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Middle School Humanities Teacher - Upper Campus*
We are seeking two full-time Humanities teachers to serve our 6th and 8th grade students, guiding them in the study and teaching of what it means to be human through a Christian worldview. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Current Need:

Bus Driver
PRCA is looking for a part-time bus driver (25-30 hours per week) for a 10-month position. The position may require split shifts, nights, and weekend hours. Click here for more information or to apply. 


For the 2026-2027 School Year:

Campus Security Officer - South Campus
The CSO will perform a variety of basic and complex duties that require good communication skills, crisis intervention, campus patrol, problem-solving, relationship-building, maintaining order, ensuring a safe and secure learning environment, and achieving voluntary student compliance with PRCA policies and regulations. Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding school breaks and holidays (10 months). Click here to learn more or apply.

Middle School Dean of Student Life

Guest Cafeteria Team Members
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis for help as needed in the Upper Campus cafeteria. Guest team members will assist in preparing lunches and snacks for students, teachers and staff. Click here to apply.
