As a Christian school, we require our teachers and staff members to be born-again believers and actively involved in a Bible-believing church.

To be considered for employment, candidates must believe in and adhere to PRCA's Statement of Faith and Statement of Christian Principles.
For each position, three references are requested – professional, spiritual, and personal. Please ask these individuals to complete the form below that corresponds to the location of the position you are applying for.
For all teaching positions, candidates will be required to submit official transcripts for all degrees (earned or in progress) at the time of application. Teacher candidate applications will not be considered complete until transcripts are received. Use the correct transcript contact when requesting it from your educational institution.

Teaching Positions

For the 2026-2027 school year:

5th Grade Teacher - South Campus*
We are seeking a 5th grade teacher for our expanding campus. The specific focus is to encourage the use of the English language in a classical Dual Language Immersion school. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Part-Time Student Services Campus Coordinator - Grammar Campus*
This individual provides leadership and management in administering, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating the Student Services Program on their assigned campus. He or she serves as a liaison among the school, home, and district, leading meetings, providing assessment data, and monitoring progress. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Immediate Needs:

South Campus Maintenance
This individual is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and beautiful South Campus. The ideal candidate will have skills in basic construction, plumbing, and electrical systems, and be familiar with operating a range of vehicles and power tools. The position is full-time. Bus Driver
PRCA is looking for a part-time bus driver (25-30 hours per week) for a 10-month position. The position may require split shifts, nights, and weekend hours. Click here for more information or to apply.

Admissions/Scholarship Manager
We are seeking a dedicated, relational Admissions & Scholarship Manager (20-25 hours/week) for our South Campus to support families as they explore enrollment and navigate scholarship opportunities. This role serves as the primary guide for prospective and current families, ensuring a clear, equitable, and supportive admissions experience while helping make a PRCA education financially accessible. For the 2026-2027 School Year:

Upper Campus School Nurse
This individual will oversee all health services related to planning, recordkeeping, maintenance, and the execution of first-aid and emergency safety materials and procedures on the Upper School campus. Grammar Campus Office Manager
This full-time position oversees the Grammar Campus office, providing administrative and operational support for the principal, faculty, and staff. The start date is July 1, 2026. Click here to learn more or to apply.

Guest Cafeteria Team Members
