The faculty and staff at our campuses enjoy working together to fulfill our mission. We seek professionally qualified applicants who have a strong work ethic and love young people and Jesus Christ. Applicants should be passionate about leading students to their highest potential. As a Christian school, we require our teachers and staff members to be born-again believers and actively involved in a Bible-believing church. 

Available positions for each campus are listed below, and within each, you will find a link to the full position description and application. Additionally, please review the following expectations for employment:
  • To be considered for employment, candidates must believe in and adhere to PRCA's Statement of Faith and Statement of Christian Principles
  • For each position, three references are requested – professional, spiritual, and personal. Please ask these individuals to complete the form below that corresponds to the location of the position you are applying for.
  • For all teaching positions, candidates will be required to submit official transcripts for all degrees (earned or in progress) at the time of application. Teacher candidate applications will not be considered complete until transcripts are received. Use the correct transcript contact when requesting it from your educational institution.

Teaching Positions


For the 2026-2027 school year:

Part-Time Student Services Campus Coordinator - South Campus*
This individual provides leadership and management in administering, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating the Student Services Program on their assigned campus. He or she serves as a liaison among the school, home, and district, leading meetings, providing assessment data, and monitoring progress. Must be able to read and write in English and Spanish. Part-Time PE Teacher - South Campus*
Through physical activity, this individual will teach students Christian virtues and how to develop disciplined bodies and character. This position begins on July 20. Click here to learn more or to apply.

*To be considered for any teaching position, a candidate must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Immediate Needs:

South Campus Maintenance
This individual is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and beautiful South Campus. The ideal candidate will have skills in basic construction, plumbing, and electrical systems, and be familiar with operating a range of vehicles and power tools. The position is full-time. Bus Driver & Fleet Maintenance Specialist

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), for 10 months per year, August to May. The position may require split shifts, nights, and weekend hours. Click here for more information or to apply. 

Upper Campus Choral Accompanist (part-time)
This individual accompanies our high school and middle school choirs for rehearsals and performances. Click here for more information or to apply. 

Events Coordinator & Upper Campus CPF Coordinator
The individual in this part-time position (averaging 25 hrs/week) is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing fundraising and community events for the school system and coordinating and managing the Upper Campus CPF. Click here for more information or to apply.

Guest Cafeteria Team Members
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis for help as needed in the Upper Campus cafeteria. Guest team members will assist in preparing lunches and snacks for students, teachers and staff. Click here to apply.
